Coming to a decision is a crucial thing that you can come up with.A rush one can make one to commit a big mistake of there life.If you make decision before agreeing to it confirm with few people either your friends and family because many heads are better than one.Many people are never wrong but one can have doubts.Before laws are made they have to be passed on a bill by parliament.Its on bill because there are those members of parliament opposing and others proposing.It takes time since they have to come to a decision as one group.They will take time to know advantages and disadvantages of that bill and at the end they must come up with a decision.The more time they take the more it takes long to mind up there minds.When they come into a decision its put the bill is passed.legislation Protection is where they are discussing about protection of new law to be made and what good will do to public.They seek information about it and rules which will accompany it pertaining fines and punishments.
