Shaving Brush

One of the three main ingredients of a perfect shave, after the razor and the shaving cream, is the shaving brush, preferably a good badger hair brush. There is nothing like a brush to whip up an excellent shaving experience. If you’ve only ever used your fingers to apply shaving cream you will notice right away that the brush is superior. As you mix the cream with hot water and then slather your face back and forth you can feel the difference. The brush pulls the whiskers to their longest upright position which is perfect for a close shave at the skin level. The razor glides along the thick lather smoothly with no hitches in the stroke.
A true badger hair brush will cost £14 for a basic model. Some high end brushes can cost as much as £200. Regardless how much you can afford, a genuine badger hair brush can transform your shaving experience.
